  • Weather Considerations: Do not attempt to ride in unfavorable weather conditions, as the area is hilly and may pose safety risks. Your life or health is very important for your loved ones.
  • Transparency: When asked about the Vehicle’s ownership, state that it is a friend given Vehicle for one day to enjoy Kashmir.
  • Document Location: The necessary papers (registration, pollution certificate, and insurance) can be found in the seat compartment of the Vehicle or handed over to you.
  • Morning Startup: Utilize the kickstart feature when starting the Vehicle in the morning. If it has Auto-Choke feature wait for few minutes. And use only Center stand for parking,
  • Timely Return: Return the Vehicle on the specified date and time, as there may be subsequent schedules and bookings to accommodate. The rent time ends at 6 PM on the returning day. Rest further hours will be charged at 300/hour.
  • Helmet Usage: Wear a helmet at all times for safety reasons, as well as to avoid incurring a minimum fine of 1000. Any challan compound/seizure/court challan will result in holding of Security until all legalities are cleared.

In Case of Damages / accident:

  • Insurance Coverage: The Vehicle has third-party insurance coverage for any third party accident involvement only. The renter will  be held responsible for all damages.
  • Reporting Issues: Immediately notify the rental agency of any minor issues encountered during the rental period. Do not attempt to repair the Vehicle personally.
  • Damages and Compensation: For any damages occurring during the rental period, regardless of size, the renter person/group will be liable for full payment of repairs at the original showroom. Additionally, compensation for delayed days may be required.
  • In case of Registration in Lost , flat 5000 will be charged for legalities  , If pollution/insurance  papers are lost 200 will be charged. Key Lost will be charged at 1000. Towing charges will be levied additional in case of major breakdown.
  • Any human/office staff  efforts required/provided from our end will be charged at 500/hour.
